To continuously enhance and update its platform, Ocard faced the challenge of conducting cross-platform testing to ensure smooth operation on various mobile phone models. Purchasing a large number of different models of physical phones for testing was not only expensive but also impractical and difficult to manage. Thus, Ocard needed an effective solution to reduce testing costs and increase efficiency.

In collaboration with HigherCloud, Ocard opted for Alibaba Cloud's "Remote Debugging" service to address its cross-platform testing challenges. HigherCloud assisted in deploying Ocard's platform on remote physical devices and conducted a series of tests. The "Remote Debugging" service of Alibaba Cloud Mobile Testing provides remote real-device testing, eliminating the need to purchase physical devices, thereby reducing costs. It allows simple and quick deployment of applications, offers recording functionality to document test conditions for subsequent analysis, and provides a selection of thousands of real devices covering Android and iOS platforms. During testing, HigherCloud successfully deployed the Ocard platform without encountering any bugs or issues on the client side, demonstrating excellent performance. Subsequently, HigherCloud continued to monitor customer feedback to ensure the absence of isolated cases and provided corresponding support and advice.
